Carroll Baker has been a Red Cross Volunteer for more than ten years.  He has participated in numerous local disaster responses and in 2001 he deployed to New York in response to the attack on the World Trade Center.

 Carroll, who is himself an Army veteran, took over the duty of coordinating all volunteer activities at the DAACG in 2004 and has continued to do so since that time and has been recognized by the Third Infantry Division for his efforts.  In addition, Carroll has been an integral force in the success of the “Adopt-A-Soldier” program
